The successful candidate will contribute to the teaching, scholarship and service mission of the program. Knowledge of higher education and contemporary clinical practice are essential along with research experience and excellent communication skills.
Department, School, and University:The Department of Rehabilitation Science at UB has a longstanding history of excellence in clinical education in programs leading to the Doctor of Physical Therapy, the BS/MS in Occupational Therapy, and the PhD in Rehabilitation Science, with a post professional OTD program in development. The PT and OT entry-level programs have enjoyed continuous accreditation for more than 70 years. The OT program is highly competitive with a class-size of approximately 40-50 students, and received a full 10-year accreditation from ACOTE in 2017.
