The Department of Pharmacy Practice and Science at the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy is growing its program by actively recruiting a 12-month, non-tenure track appointment at the Assistant or Associate level.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in clinical pharmacy practice. Candidate will be expected to teach in the new Integrated Drugs and Diseases – Psychiatry (IDD – Psychiatry) course. The faculty’s primary focus will be in the area of providing education experiences for professional pharmacy students in the area of psychiatric pharmacy. Successful candidate must have earned a PharmD degree and be licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Kentucky or be eligible for licensure. PGY2 residency in psychiatry pharmacy or equivalent experience is preferred.
Candidate must establish a practice in a psychiatric clinical pharmacy setting. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in scholarly activities and establish collaborative relationships within and outside the College of Pharmacy.
