The Chair is responsible and accountable for the performance of the department in meeting the expectations for the department by the College, University administration, Department faculty, the public, and the students. A successful candidate will have demonstrated skills in leadership, management, and administration.

The candidate must be a NBCOT certified occupational therapist, have a terminal degree (Ph.D., Ed.D., PsyD, Sc.D, post-professional OTD or other related terminal degree) a minimum of 5 years of academic experience and have a record of excellence in academic administration.
