The College of Nursing, University of Saskatchewan invites applications from qualified individuals for full time, tenure track Assistant, Associate or Full Professor. To meet the dynamic and exciting growth of our nursing programs, this position is available at either our Saskatoon or Prince Albert campuses.

The College of Nursing specializes in community-engaged health and nursing, health equity, and health systems and education research. We seek to be leaders in innovative technologies related to teaching and learning. Our “Learn Where You Live” approach to nursing education delivery is unique in Western Canada. We foster the development of rural and remote nursing education, interprofessional education, and Indigenous collaboration. College of Nursing researchers seek to improve health for individuals, families, and communities locally and globally. The College of Nursing has vibrant, nationally recognized Nurse Practitioner Programs. Doctoral prepared Nurse Practitioner candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Candidates for tenure-track Assistant, Associate or Full Professor faculty positions must have doctoral preparation, be eligible for registration with College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan, and have an identified program of research/scholarship. Candidates near completion of a PhD or equivalent may apply but will be expected to have completed the program prior to their start date. The current salary bands for tenure track faculty are Assistant Professor: $99,945 to $120,099; Associate Professor: $120,099 to $140,253 and Full Professor: $140,253 to $163,766.

This position includes a comprehensive benefits package including a pension plan, life insurance (compulsory and voluntary), academic long term disability, sick leave, travel insurance, death benefit, dental plan, extended health and vision care plan, employee assistance program, and flexible health and wellness spending program.
