Position Summary
Epidemiology and use of omics data, including microbiome data: A position is available in the Department of Epidemiology and Environmental Health, Women’s Health Research Center. The postdoctoral associate will work on research projects extending their skill set under the direction of the Principal Investigator (Pl). Primary responsibilities include drafting and preparing manuscripts with the Pl from data sets oral health, oral microbiome, health outcomes, women’s health, cancer, osteoporosis, menopause, and have an opportunity to lead and participate in manuscripts for publication in scholarly Journals. In addition, this position may include primary data collection, presenting research results at meetings, grant writing and preparing applications for submission to funding agencies, attendance at seminars and scientific meetings, and teaching or training students. Position is for 2 years with possible extension.
Applicants should be highly self-motivated and have a track record of creativity and productivity.

Minimum Qualifications
PhD in epidemiology or related field
