This per diem position will collaborate with other trainers working within the project to develop and facilitate full-day training content/curriculum on the subject of trauma-informed care in organizations, primarily education (K-12) and health care (emergency department) systems. The trainings are facilitated for a variety of audiences, typically with groups of 5-50 staff within local school districts and hospitals.
Hours for the position are irregular and dependent on the needs of the partner organizations. Position is dependent on contract funding.
MSW; has been previously trained in Trauma-Informed Care; experience facilitating Trauma-Informed Care training
LMSW or equal professional license; experience developing training content/curriculum tailored to schools or hospital settings; experience implementing and sustaining trauma-informed organizational change
