The Department of Physical Therapy at Augusta University (formerly known as Medical College of Georgia) in Augusta Georgia, invites applications for a full-time, 12-month position as a core faculty member of the Doctor of Physical Therapy program, rank of Assistant/Associate Professor. The ideal candidate will have a terminal academic degree (PhD, EdD, DSc) in physical therapy or in a related field. Board certification is preferred. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of clinical/professional experience and must be eligible for physical therapy licensure in Georgia. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations and ability to work in a collaborative, problem-solving manner are required.
