Open Rank Professor (Critical Care)- School of Nursing
Location: Clemson, South Carolina
The Clemson University School of Nursing is seeking new faculty members for an expanding academic unit committed to research and undergraduate/graduate education. This is a faculty role that will seek grant funding and maintain a program of scholarly research. This individual will be teaching in undergraduate, graduate nursing programs, and the specialty area of Critical Care.
- Research, scholarship, and grant writing
- Classroom and clinical instruction
- Participation on departmental and university committees
- Student advising and additional faculty responsibilities
Candidates should hold an earned doctorate in Nursing or related field and a beginning or established program of research; must have a background in Critical Care. A record of successful teaching in higher education is expected. Candidates must be eligible for RN licensure in South Carolina and national board certification in their specialty.This is a full-time 9-month tenure/tenure-track appointment.
