  • Assistant, Associate, or Professor in Forensic Anatomic Pathology
    University of Kentucky

    The University of Kentucky is seeking a faculty member to provide forensic pathology services primarily at the regional office in Frankfort, Kentucky of the State Medical Examiner’s program, approximately 80% of the time. The faculty member would be also collaborate with education requests to help maintain the current educational programs, as well as provide minimal autopsies for the University of Kentucky Medical Center as needed. This position will work as an active faculty member through teaching by lecture, through small group instruction, and coordination with the Office for Medical Education. The faculty member will have primary responsibility to perform coroner-authorized medicolegal autopsies, complete related reports, and provide expert testimony at court.

    The Department of Pathology ( is an integrated department with successful programs in anatomic, clinical and molecular pathology, a vibrant educational program for medical students, residents and fellows as well as a nationally-recognized research program in neuropathology and research affiliations with the Markey Cancer Center.
