Student Health Services at the University at Buffalo is recruiting a full-time, year-round
Nurse Practitioner .
The Nurse Practitioner will provide our diverse student population with inclusive, patient-centered medical care in an environment that values differences, where people can and want to do their best.

The duties include:
Evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illness Thorough documentation of all patient encounters Interpretation of diagnostic test results and effective communication with patients regarding diagnosis, results, and treatment plans

Minimum Qualifications
Masters degree in Nursing with specialty in adult primary care, family medicine, or womens health with ANCC or NCC certification or eligibility for certification. At least one year of experience providing patient care as a Nurse Practitioner in an outpatient setting. License to practice in New York State. Preferred Qualifications
