Jefferson leads the way in healthcare education with the use of innovative teaching strategies, including simulated patients, consumer instructors and targeted interprofessional education opportunities allowing students to learn alongside peers in other health and medical professions. All classes are taught by innovative, highly experienced faculty members, many of whom are involved in funded training and research projects. Faculty and students have an opportunity to collaborate in projects based in Jefferson Elder Care, the Measurement and Outcomes Laboratory, and the Autism Laboratory.
