My primary interest is in adolescent health promotion, specifically the programs and practices that foster sexual health in young people. As an independent adolescent health consultant, I work with school districts, community organizations, and local and state public health programs to evaluate and implement the most effective programs, practices and policies that promote adolescent sexual health, including the prevention of early pregnancy and disease. I am interested in the delivery of health education in U.S. public schools, as well as clinic-based programs that specialize in adolescent-centered care.
