Synopsis: Dr. Dithurbide's focus is on the psychosocial aspects of sport and physical activity. The central theme examines group dynamics in sport and physical activity such as collective and teammate efficacy, team and teammate trust and group outcomes such as performance, well-being, and other group behaviours. The results of this research will be useful in helping athletes, coaches, organizational leaders, and health service providers with the best ways to help increase the performance and well-being of their respective groups and teams.
