Our work focuses on the determinants of the nutritional status of the elderly in connection with brain and cognitive health. In addition, we are interested in the physiological functions of vitamin K, its metabolism in normal and pathological conditions, and its role in anticoagulation therapy. Our research activities include work of a fundamental and clinical nature.
