Dr. Moghaddam's research interest is centered on developing scientific methods for investigating: (1) the effects High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on body composition, anaerobic, and aerobic performance; (2) the non-invasive study of neuromuscular adaptations to strength and conditioning programs; (3) the cardiorespiratory adaptations of training interventions; and (4) the impact of stability training on elderly population.
