Expertise: Dr. Huang's research interests include demography, public nutrition and poverty, health inequality, environmental health, and tobacco control. Huang recently obtained several NIH grants for his research on long-term health consequences of the Chinese 1959-61 famine, as well as climate change and population health in the US.
