Oligbo’s research interests are focused on understanding factors contributing to muscle spasticity, efficacy of various interventions used in decreasing spasticity in the pediatric population, and its impact on mobility and function. Another interest area is in developing and validating novel assistive technology and augmentative communication tools to increase work output and participation in school for children who are non-verbal and have gross- and fine-motor disabilities.
