Dr. Feingold’s research interests include global environmental health, with a focus on the use of spatial epidemiologic methods. Dr. Feingold conducts interdisciplinary research to understand disproportionate risks of disease, particularly due to variations in environmental characteristics. Dr. Feingold’s interests are particularly in issues related to industrial food animal production, climate, land use change, environmental justice, and urban environmental health. Dr. Feingold is a senior fellow with the Environmental Leadership Program and was a Science Communication Fellow with Environmental Health Sciences in 2012.
