Recruiting Program Specialist - COHP (PT)

Effective immediately: (PT) Recruiting Program Specialist – COHP (College of Health Professions) in Wilmington University's Recruiting Department at the Wilson Graduate Center.

The Opportunity:
The successful candidate will articulate Wilmington University's identity, uniqueness, and mission. The Specialist will promote our degree programs, specifically those related to the College of Health Professions, and will attend events related to this field. The candidate will recruit for our undergraduate health care professions programs, as well as graduate programs, and establish contacts and maintain partnerships in the field.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree is required. A Master's Degree is preferred. A minimum of five years' experience in the field of health professions is required. Must have excellent communication, customer-service skills, and organization skills. Must be detail-oriented and able to work with diverse populations. Must be self-directed and able to make decisions independently, as well as work successfully in a team environment. Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. The successful candidate will gain a working knowledge of Recruiting Software Database (WILLARD), as well as become proficient with the CRM system, which the university is implementing. The candidate must maintain professionalism and confidentiality in any situation.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Possess a strong knowledge of Wilmington University degree programs, program requirements, tuition and course formats (online, hybrid, clock scheduling, etc.) and relate this information to prospective students and organizations in a highly professional and caring manner.
Facilitate the promotion of the RN-BSN and Allied Health to the transfer student population, certificate programs to high school and transfer students, and promote all graduate nursing programs at specific events and venues.
Conduct site visits to organizations and institutions to promote education at Wilmington University. Prepare and present information sessions as appropriate. Maintain relationships with primary contacts and generated leads.
Develop and execute a strategic student recruitment plan directed to the health professions industry. This role will represent and communicate the Wilmington University mission, products and services in this specialized community and will work in tandem with the Sr. Director of Recruiting to meet overall institutional recruitment goals. Identify organizations that provide tuition reimbursement to their employees. Schedule and participate in face-to-face meetings with organization-decision makers. Maintain relationships with primary contacts.
Determine where employees from such organizations are currently pursuing a higher education and report on tuition costs and any other relevant information.
Actively seek new opportunities to develop strategic academic partnerships for Wilmington University.
Represent the University at industry-specific conferences and events that target prospect populations interested in higher education, in healthcare-related fields.
Establish relationships with current and new community college decision makers. Maintain relationships with primary contacts and generated leads.
Coordinate with Recruiting and Marketing teams to ensure we are delivering a consistent, branded and accurate message. Request the development and production of marketing materials to aid in recruitment strategies aimed at specific populations.
Maintain relationships with primary contacts, existing partner institutions and make contact history and information available for Wilmington University marketing, reporting, and customer relationship management purposes.
Provide routine reporting both internally and to partner institutions on enrollments and other metrics.
Support the University mission.
Work toward University strategic goals and enrollment goals.
Perform other duties which may be assigned by the Sr. Director of Recruiting and/or the AVP.

Hours of Employment: Generally, Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. However, the candidate must be flexible with hours and/or schedule to meet the needs of the department and/or the university. Travel will be required.
