Under general direction, provides the clinical and administrative support for students and faculty throughout the online MLS ; manages the relationship with outside education providers; oversees staff support and the daily operations of the online MLS programs (including but not limited to liaison with other SLU offices); and perform other duties as assigned.

JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
May include any and/or all of the following:
Coordinate placement of all MLS students in clinical sites
Conduct site visits (will require regional travel)
Review applicants that have been vetted and sent from Orbis.
Admit appropriate students, working with the Registrar and Admissions office and communicate with students about prerequisites that students still need prior to moving into the MLS online program.
Serve as the main point person as the advisor for courses and degree plans.
Provide headcounts to financial manager for tuition/student enrollments.
Communicate with the students and faculty for all aspects of the online program, and work closely the MLS Program Director for all aspects of accreditation.
With Chair supervision, work with the Registrar’s office for course management, assignment of faculty, and handling the parts of term and academic calendar.
Track online student certification exam score data, job placement rates, and attrition rates.
Performs other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field with MLS experience
5-8 years of experience (clinically or in education)
