My research focuses on health psychology, mindfulness-based interventions, brain aging, psychopathology, well-being and health-related quality of life. Substantial amount of my research work focuses on application of advanced statistical and psychometric methods such as Generalisability Theory, Rasch and Network analyses to study protective and risk factors of psychopathology. Generally, I am interested in psycho-physiological mechanisms that can be utilized as drug free treatments for psychological health conditions and for improvement of health and well-being. Currently, I am actively involved in research investigating psychological protective and risk factors of healthy immune functioning relevant to COVID-19 pandemic and other viral threats. \r\n
